Terms and conditions for participation in Shani's Closet lottery "Special Surprise"

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") announce the order, manner of participation and conditions for the Shani's Closet lottery "Special Surprise" (referred to as the "GAME").

1. Organiser of the GAME
Organiser of the GAME "Special Surprise" is "Shani 2021" Ltd., with registered office and address of management: Sofia City, Mladost-1A Housing Estate, Bl. 562, Entr. 1, 4th floor, entered in the Trade Register with UIC 206631597, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser". The Organiser reserves the right to amend or change the Rules by announcing it in advance and publicly.

2. Campaign period
The GAME will be held during the period from 03 June 2022, 10:00 am to 03 July 2022, 1:00 pm (including).

3. Territorial scope of the promotion
THE GAME is organised and held in Shani’s Closet store at address:
Sofia City, Mladost 4 Housing Estate, BARS bazaar, opposite Bl. 404, and online at: https://shaniscloset.bg.

4. Right to participate in the Game
All adult individuals, who have made а purchase during the campaign period through Shani's Closet website from Shani's Closet stores owned by Shani 2021 Ltd., Sofia (see item 3), have the right to participate in the GAME.

Participation in the GAME of Shani 2021 Ltd. is linked to the purchase of a product/products with minimal cost 100 BGN from the store/website ''Shani's Closet'' for the campaign period. The officials/employees of Shani 2021 Ltd. or their relatives, as well as all persons related to the organisation of the game or persons related to them, are not entitled to take part in the GAME.

5. Promotional products
(products whose purchase entitle you to participate in the GAME)

Participation in the GAME is subject to the purchase of a product from the Shani's Closet store (hereinafter referred to as "Promotional Product") during the GAME period (see item 2). Any purchase made before or after this period does not bind the Organiser with the Rules. The promotional products, providing eligibility to participation in the GAME are all products sold in Shani's Closet stores. The prices of the promotional products are also published on the website of Shani's Closet: https://shaniscloset.bg.

6. Rules for participation and ways to join the GAME

Each individual automatically becomes a participant in the GAME if he/she meets the requirements in point 4 and buys a Promotional Product (see item 5), against which he receives a document certifying the purchase (invoice and receipt), during the campaign period (see item 2 of the Rules). Any natural person who has become a participant in the GAME in accordance with the requirements of item 4 and has purchased a Promotional Product (see item 5). The first 100 people will participate in the drawing of the two big prizes!

On the 3rd of July 2022 after the expiration of the campaign period (see item 2) a lottery draw will be held in the presence of an employee of "Shani 2021" EOOD and 2 (two) clients will be determined who will receive a voucher for a holiday on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast worth BGN 1,000.00 (one thousand leva), according to point 5. An obligatory condition for receiving the vouchers is that the purchase be made between 10:00 and 01:30 pm in the period: 03 June 2022 – 03 July 2022 and the provision of a document by the client for the purchase of products from Shani's Closet store or from the website of Shani's Closet: https://shaniscloset.bg

After the draw of the winner of the GAME, the organiser "Shani 2021" Ltd. undertakes to personally notify the winner by phone and / or e-mail. The client is obliged to appear no later than 5 calendar days after the draw of his/her name in the Shani's Closet store (see item 3) to receive his/her prize. If he/she does not show up within the mentioned term, the client loses the right to receive his/her prize.

7. General information about the prizes and winners

7.1. The organiser may ask the winner to confirm his/her identity. The identity of the winning participant is verified by presenting an official identity document. The organiser reserves the right to request the invoice, received at the time of purchase, in order to proof the purchase.

7.2. If the winning participant refuses to confirm his/her identity, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse giving the respective prize.
The elimination of the prize winner cancels the GAME and there will be no re-draw of another winner.

7.3. The organiser and the persons connected with the organisation of the GAME are not liable for any damages caused by the prize-draw.

In cases of force majeure (extraordinary circumstances) over which the Organiser has no influence - the Organiser has the right to terminate the GAME. Participants should be informed about that via posting a special message on Shani's Closet's website: https://shaniscloset.bg. In these cases the Organiser is not liable to the participants for damages and/or lost profits. The decisions of the Organiser on all issues related to the GAME of Shani's Closet "Special Surprise" or the application of the Rules of the GAME are final and apply to all participants.

8. Other conditions
Necessary condition for participation in the GAME is the agreement with the Rules of the GAME. Every customer by providing their personal data, when purchasing a product (as per item 5) in the period (as per item 2) above, unconditionally agrees to participate in the Game and fully agrees with its Rules.

9. Storing the Rules
The rules of the GAME are available in written (printed) version at the stores of Shani 2021 Ltd., where the GAME is held, as well as on their website https://shaniscloset.bg (see item 3).

10. Protection and storage of personal data
By accepting the Rules of the GAME, each participant agrees that the personal data provided by him/her can be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and allows the Organiser to use the collected data for the purposes of the GAME: statistical processing, surveys, marketing research, notification news and for sending e-newsletters and other advertising materials during and after the end of the campaign.

And also for the purpose of informing he/she allows the use of various channels of communication with him/her, such as: telephone numbers, postal addresses, e-mails, etc. The received data can be processed by the Organiser until termination of the consent by the participant at his/her request or until the data ceases to serve the needs of the Organiser.

11. Publicity
By accepting the Rules of the GAME, each participant gives is/her permission that in such a case that he/she is declared winner of the GAME, his/her name and surname, as well as the place of his/her residence can be announced on the website of Shani's Closet: https://shaniscloset.bg as well as in other electronic or print media, for which they cannot require any payment or compensation.

12. Refusal of participation
Any participant in the GAME may require removal (cancellation) of his/her registration and participation in the GAME at any time. For this purpose, they must explicitly express their desire by an e-mail to: office@shaniscloset.bg or in a letter by regular postal service. The written form of such request is obligatory. By this way, the participant refuses to also participate in the future.

13. Resolving complaints
The organiser is responsible for all complaints regarding the GAME. Upon receipt of a complaint/s, the Organiser is obliged to remedy them as soon as possible, informing the participant who submitted the complaint about it.

14. Legal disputes

14.1. The Organiser is not responsible and should not be involved in any legal disputes related to any expenses incurred by the participants in connection with the GAME.

14.2. Any legal disputes that may arise between the Organiser and the participants in the GAME will be resolved out of court, by mutual consent, but if this proves impossible both parties will have to forward the dispute to the institutions competent to resolve it according to the provisions of the Bulgarian legislation.

The Rules of the "Special Surprise" lottery organised by Shani's Closet stores were announced on 03 June 2022.
